The News were so kind as to send us some pictures that they had taken during their visit here. We thought that you might enjoy them. The dates printed on the pictures are not correct. The pictures were actually taken in early December.

Jessica,
It's so good to hear from you and your sweet family again! We're finally back online after a VERY busy month of moving and getting settled. Did you ever just CRY trying to move to ARGENTINA? I was very close and we just moved 20 miles away. Oh, I'm such a wimp.
I've been working on uncovering an old wood floor, scraping tar paper and glue off of it, tempted to scream at how tedious it is, and then I think of you and your old mud floor in the tent. You are definitely an inspiration to buck up and be a real woman! I'm afraid it's just taking a little longer with me. I need lots of encouragement, but sometimes I can't believe how far the Lord has brought me, so I can have hope for the future!
I was so glad to see your guests! You must have been so glad for company! What a sweet, refreshing gift from the Lord! I would just love to come visit, but you're kind of on the other side of the WORLD! I still have your phone number and one day I'm going to work up the courage to call you. I may seem outspoken on the internet, but it TERRIFIES me to call someone I've never talked to before. Don't ask me why. I don't even like to call information for a phone number!
Listen to me, rambling on. I've forgotten that this is a comment, not an email!
By the way, how tall is your husband? Josh is 6'4, and Dane looks even taller, unless you're really shrimpy, like me!
Love and prayers for you and yours!
Kim
Hi Kim,
Your comment made my morning. It is great to hear that your move is over and that you all are getting settled now. Moving never is an easy thing, and you've done it twice within a short period. We are praying for you all. Our move to Argentina was hard, but what a positive life changing experience it has been, and I am so very thankful for it. Am sure you will look back and have similar thoughts about your new place soon, and you will have a special appreciation for that floor you have spent so much time working on too.
And by the way, dirt floors really require little attention. No one expects them to be anything but dirty, anything spilled quickly soaks in without a cleaning, and the insects carry off a lot of the crumbs :).
We did enjoy our guests very much, and hope that we will have others soon - even if we are on the other side of the world. So anytime you are up for a south american vacation, our door is open.
My husband, Dane, is 6'5", so he and Josh could nearly look each other in eye.
Take care my friend and God bless you!
Love,
Jessica
